Pride Events in Iowa
June is also Pride month, a time to celebrate lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, gender non-conforming, queer and questioning, intersex, and asexual+ identities. Pride commemorates the Stonewall Riots, a time when the queer community fought back against institutionalized discrimination at a New York City bar. For more information about Pride, click here.
