The IowaCASA board of Directors has voted to dissolve the organization, and staff will be wrapping up their work by 1/31/2026.

 

No more scholarship applications can be accepted at this time.

 

The SANE scholarship program was developed with IowaCASA in partnership with HHS. With the organization's closing, unfortunately,  this is one of the IowaCASA specific programs being impacted.

 

Our partners at the Department of Health and Human Services, in conjunction with the office of the Iowa Attorney General, are working to minimize this impact and figure out how to support SANE nurse training moving forward.

 

Those entities will share plans with the Iowa medical community as they are developed.
