Board of Directors Selection Process
What's the process look like for the candidate?

Candidate submits their resume/CV to the Nominating Committee

Candidate fills out IowaCASA Board of Directors questionnaire to help us understand unique skillset

Candidate will receive a call from a member of the Nominating Committee for a discussion of the role and qualifications
-
Candidate can expect a call or meeting request with the Board Chair and/or the Executive Director
-
Nominating Committee will reach back out to candidate with results

Potential Board Member is recruited

Candidate is vetted by Nominating Committee

Candidate presented to the Board Chair and Executive Director

Candidate presented to full Board of Directors for a vote

Nominating Committee will reach back out to candidate with results
