IowaCASA has a need for up to two part-time Law Clerks to begin work in the summer of 2020. These are paid positions. Duties will include research, writing, and client interviewing in the areas of education law, administrative law, housing and employment law, with some family law, immigration and civil rights. Clerks will have the opportunity for client contact and the opportunity to assist with the legal needs of survivors of sexual assault, focusing on victims of sexual assault on college campuses or in secondary schools. Currently, the IowaCASA staff is working remotely. The law clerk will be working remotely as well until otherwise determined.
